Design Objective

Not every project starts from scratch. Sometimes the work is knowing what to keep.

This homeowner had lived well and collected beautifully across several homes. The challenge of consolidating it all into one wasn't a lack of good pieces — it was an abundance of them. Our job was to edit with a clear eye, place with intention, and fill in what was missing without losing the thread of who she already was.

Her style said everything: elegant, eclectic, worldly. Pieces from different eras and places that somehow belong together because she chose them. We honored that sensibility in every addition, sourcing only what genuinely belonged alongside what she'd already built.

The result is a home that feels collected, not decorated. Layered over time, not assembled at once. Which, of course, is exactly what it is.
