You focus on sales and marketing, we will focus on getting the house ready, be it painting, carpet, new kitchen counters and knobs, lighting, small electrical repairs, power washing, etc. I’m well versed in what changes/updates have the most impact, and have developed a trusted a team of vendor to support us in getting it done well and quickly. We are not the cheapest, we use licensed insured vendors. But we understand the real estate market in LA, and offer our services at a fair price with a quick hassle free turnaround.

Scope: The goal was to transform this simple ranch towards more of a Farm House vibe, to capture that current trend in the market. Selected Paint and recommended painting outdoor trim and doors black. Also sourced & replaced cabinet hardware and lighting throughout to further sell the Farmhouse concept. Scope: Painting 6,800sf home, all rooms. Repair damaged wood floors. Replace carpet master suite. Replace granite with quartz counters, and paint oil rubbed cabinets white. Remove wallpaper in master, and paint. Cap several fixtures. Replace chandelier in entry, and light on patio dining. Stage. Client: Alex Pfeifer, Sotheby’s

Scope: Paint 10,000 sf home, all rooms, included detailed trim and coffered ceilings. Wood floor touch ups. Paint selection and painting of island in kitchen to coordinate/highlight tile. removed wallpaper in two bathrooms, patched and painted. Replaced mirror in guest bath. Replaced lights formal living room. Brought in estate sales services and coordinated unwanted items sale.
