A new construction Modern Farmhouse in Pacific Palisades for a family of four.

The brief was all about balance. Upscale but livable. Chic and contemporary, but genuinely family-friendly. Our clients knew exactly who they were — a lawyer by day with a real designer's eye — and that made the collaboration effortless. They had vision, and we had the tools to bring it to life in one of Los Angeles' most coveted neighborhoods.

No detail was too small and no space was overlooked. The scope went well beyond furniture and finishes — we designed a custom garage storage system complete with an electric lift, built out a media room with custom seating made for actual movie nights, and integrated smart home window shading throughout. Every room was considered, every function was designed for the way this family truly lives.

And because we believe great design doesn't stop at the front door, we were there on move-in day too — unpacking their personal belongings and getting everything settled just right.
